You and Me – A Poem

rambling rubbish
illusion of a company
mulled wine
a heart
part broken
part whole
someone said I smell of love
I must be smelling of the sad songs of autumn
of remembering, waiting, hoping
and of the widowed morning
veiled in mist and rain
I must be smelling of YOU

  1. Dear Tikuli,
Your each and every line rejuvenated me . Each and every line anserwd the queries that springed in my heart. It made me realise that some emotions are really eternel…….. they r just made for me only………..yes i realised the bliss of eternity…………
just one question i hope to get an answer from u that some emotions in our life is really painful , but knowingly we often cross our limits to enjoy that particular pain . why Tikuli……….
wish u a lot of success ahead

  2. Dear Mili,
Pain comes with expectations. It is an integral part of joy too. One can not know the worth of one without the other. Often if you will ponder you will find that there is something which did not go according to our plan which caused the pain you are talking about. Why do we endure it? Well, it may sound funny but it is a tendency of clinging on, a denial that all is well and if not we can make it so. Letting go isn’t an easy task and frankly we never really let go. I find it rather impossible. I feel acceptance reduces pain and hurt faster than pushing away or letting go.
Do some healing affirmations from Louise Hay. They are on You Tube and will help. Emotions are products of mind and not heart and mind is a manipulator you you let it be. Stay blessed and thank you for writing. Maybe you should have a blog of your own too. Writing is therapeutic. Good luck with life.

  3. I’m amazed, I have to admit. Seldom do I come across a blog that’s both educative
and amusing, and without a doubt, you’ve hit the nail on the head.

The issue is something that not enough folks are speaking intelligently about.
I am very happy that I found this during my search for something concerning this.
